The National Automobile Museum is turning back the clock to the fabulous 1950s with a special Grease-themed celebration on Saturday, March 21, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The event celebrates the recent arrival of the iconic “Grease Lightning” car from the legendary film Grease, now featured in the Museum’s new 1950s diner exhibit.

Guests are invited to step into a world of poodle skirts, leather jackets, and rock-and-roll fun as they experience the famous car up close.

Attendees will have the opportunity to take photos inside the legendary “Grease Lightning” vehicle, making it a must-see moment for fans of the classic movie and automotive enthusiasts alike.

Visitors are encouraged to come dressed in their best 1950s attire—think slicked-back hair, saddle shoes, and vintage style—because standout guests may even be featured in upcoming National Automobile Museum social media campaigns.

As part of the celebration, the Museum will also be screening the iconic film Grease in its theatre for guests to enjoy during the event. Complimentary refreshments will be provided to help create the perfect nostalgic atmosphere.

Adding to the excitement, rumor has it that several well-known local television personalities may be stopping by the Museum for photo opportunities alongside the famous car.

The event is included with regular Museum admission.
